What a tough Wednesday afternoon across the busy today as the New York Yankees take one on the chin.

An awful road trip, one in the six games, with a batting average of about a zero,

and only two runs scored per game as they come limping home against the worst team in baseball,

which is what we like to call the pedicillin for the Yankee losing streak.

But nothing to be happy about the Yankees today.

Anthony Volpe, of course, with an arrow, strikes out with two men on.

And then, of course, Max Fried with an elbow situation.

Uh-oh, Spaghetti.

It's kind of like injury Wednesday today. Malik neighbors had his knee re-operated on. What's his name for the Mets? They're starting catcher. Alvarez is out for two months. And now you have Max Fried heading back to see the doctor in New York tomorrow. Not good. Good afternoon, Big Mac. Are you having a tough day?

But I'm annoyed enough today that these little things are bothering me. Road trip's not over. The lousiness continues. They've still got to go to City Field on Friday. That's going to be like a home game for them. I don't know. I hope so because they hit better at home, including Bellinger, who's done nothing on the road this year.

I'm mad at everybody.

I'm mad at the offense now, because it's one thing to get shut down by Mizoroski and the rest of that bullpen in Milwaukee. That's good pitching. This team stinks,

this Baltimore team. It stinks. And I know Braddish had a decent curveball today. There is no

excuse for the ineptitude of this offense in this game. And yes, even that pales in comparison to my concern about Max Fried, who is feeling, I don't know, soreness on the, you know, the, what's the, what's the word of it? Posterior. Yeah. Isn't that usually referred to when you talk about someone's ass? Ah, that's another word for ass.

And that's how he pitched like ass. Exactly right. Yeah. So he's got soreness on the posterior and I've read, you know, a bunch of different things. Can you ask you a question? I thought when... Sorry. The first few things I thought of was ass, to be fair. He doesn't know his ass from his elbow. That was one of the things I thought.

The other thing I thought to be straight with you was,

does that, and this is a silly thing to think, does that mean the outside hurts, but the inside's okay? Correct. That's how, right? Is that what they're saying? And typically, let's, again. So it's not an UCL. That's the thought. He's very confident.
