app.

It comes to my health, my phone is my personal trainer, my activity tracker, and my calorie

counter.

I use it to book medical appointments and to check any labs when they come back.

We use one machine to do nearly everything, and that's by design by all of the folks

making money off of that machine.

But when that becomes the case, when one machine does almost everything for you, that machine

gets really personal.

You start to think that it's just you and your phone, but that phone is designed to make

you forget that every single one of those apps, every single one, is constantly sending

information back to a stream of servers.
