Today, we're going to be talking about goals or the importance of setting goals purpose and how to be the best version of yourself with success

in mind yeah which is kind of one of the core pillars of how we define success in the main episodes

and how you can be the best version of yourself, I wanted to dig into the importance of setting goals.

And working towards something and the importance of having a purpose or at least feeling like you have a purpose.

I mean, for most of my adult life, I've had loads of jobs, like loads of different jobs,

works in hotels, works in bars, works in restaurants, works in nightclubs, works as a city trader or a broker,

and kind of always felt, um, um firstly i never really felt in control of my

kind of career um i always just felt like i was working you know for a paycheck or whatever i just

felt in the last few years i've kind of picked up this working towards a goal, having clear goals,

sitting down and saying, okay, this is where you are now, what are the next three years look like?

You know, and actually map it out and work to a plan. You'd never start a business without a business plan or knowing where you're heading.

So why should your life be any different?

And I think that's a really good exercise I often do with my clients is to go,

okay, well, what do you think your life looks like in the next three weeks,

and then I might go three months, and then I might go a year,

and get people to actually sort of think about putting their goals within a time span.
