Well, I think there's some sort of cultural stuff, especially in this country, about not grieving,

you know, about come and pull your socks up, pull yourself together.

And I think that actually goes across all kind of social strata.

There's a kind of, you know, come on, get on with it now, pull yourself together.

And I think that's really detrimental because there's definitely a process that people need to go through.
