Summary
Tuesday the National Internet Finance Association of China, the China Banking Association and the Payment and Clearing Association of China issued a warning that consumers would get no protection from losses related to cryptocurrency investment transactions. Financial and payment institutions were also advised that they must not use virtual currency for most purposes. This sent cryptocurrencies tumbling. Has the cryptocurrency bubble burst?
