Well, Candice seems to show either signs of narcissistic personality disorder.

Maybe she has some delusions of grandeur.

Maybe she's got some sort of like a mental illness happening there.

Maybe she's schizophrenic. I don't know if she believes this, but she appears to be quite genuine

in deciding and saying to her audience that she was the sole reason that the Ukraine-Russian

peace deal couldn't get hammered out because she was making fun of the president of France's

wife who she believes to be a man. And that is what is holding up the Ukrainian peace deal.
