Investigators have been looking into the leak this past spring

of the Supreme Court's draft opinion to overturn Roe v Wade.

And now we report exclusively, they've narrowed it down to a few suspects.

That's according to people familiar with the matter.

Our Supreme Court correspondent Jess Breven has the details.

We learned that by this summer, investigators at the Supreme Court

who brought in some help from outside agencies had narrowed their potential suspects

to a very small number of people, including at least one law clerk.
