Hello, so money family. It's for our new shpopping in here with a really juicy big announcement.

Now, I'm going to just start off by saying that this week, for the first time in 12 years,

I filled out a W2 and I gained access to a 401k with a match. So, you know what that means?

Yes, it is true. I'm going to go work for a company. It is a partnership that's been in the works

for many months. I think the first conversation started last fall and I have just been desperate

to tell you about it. And, you know, great things. Take time. This was no exception. I'm going to

explain more about the why behind my career shift in a minute. But first, here is the short of

this big announcement. I'm going to license my podcast so money to CNET, the world's biggest

platform dedicated to tech and consumer news and advice. As part of our partnership, I'll also

be joining CNET's team full time as editor large of personal finance. I'll work closely with

CNET's award-winning team of multimedia journalists to bring timely and relevant financial advice

across articles, videos, social and more. You'll probably see me a lot more on TV as well.

So, that's the summary. That's the short version of what is happening, my friends. And I imagine

you might have a few questions or several hundred questions. So, to that end, if you are awake and

listening to this early, I am doing a live Instagram today over at CNET at 12 p.m. Eastern, where you can

yeah, sort of. I mean, look, I'm going to work full time for CNET and its parent company Red Ventures.

I'm going to also, though, continue to own and operate my company in some capacities,

including obviously the podcast. They're going to license it. I can continue to do my book writing
