Brian, today we are talking about the Big 12 conference. We're wrapping up our conference preview series.

Before we go through and we break down our predictions of who we think finishes where, we're going to talk a little bit about this conference as a whole similar to what we did the the last three

conferences we preview we're going to give an overview i have a little bit of a we have a little bit

of a tidbit about the transfer portal here that we also wanted to touch on with the big 12 because

it's hit them in a big way and then we're going to dive into some superlatives before we dive into our conference

predictions.

But Brian, big 12 conference is kind of difficult to look at in a vacuum and decide, okay,

who are the top teams here, who's going to compete for what?

Because really, it's up in the air.

But when you look at this conference as a whole,

do you think it's a little bit more of a deep conference? What makes it so challenging to play in

the Big 12? I just, I think the big thing with the Big 12 is what makes it an entertaining league

is, and there's some other reasons, but this is one is there are no elite teams. And I don't know, except for maybe Arizona, we'll have to see how their season goes. I don't know if there's any, like, awful teams either. I think Arizona might be. Even like, yeah, I've got a couple teams, like, low in my bottom 12, my bottom, you know, 16 and I know you have

some teams down there. I don't think they're terrible football teams. I think they're being

hindered by the fact that like with West Virginia, for example, with Oklahoma State, for example,

and with UCF to a degree, not as much as the others, like their rosters are completely brand new

because they lost 20 plus portal guys they added 30 plus

portal guys and you're just like i don't know what they're going to be but you look at the players

they added and there's some talent there they're just not like that this is a terrible football team
