it's easy for some to get swayed by the crowd or get a little nervy or, you know,

just play it safe. Now, when you'll get some wrong and you'll get some right,

well, honestly, if I'm going to go down, I'm going down because I went with my gut,

and people will make their jokes and at the end of the day, you never really know what's going

to happen with 18 to 22-year-olds on the gridiron every Saturday, but the past is the past.

And while trends are trendy, at some point, the cycle changes.

And this year, in my opinion, is one of those cycle changing moments because Texas is going to

go 12 and 0 in the regular season, including winning at Bama, and they're going to beat Texas tech

in the big 12 championship game to become my first predicted team to make the college football

playoff. Yeah, I said it. Sorry, not sorry. So go ahead, hit me with the Texas' back jokes.

I'll be the first one to stand up here and eat crow if I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.

Now, outside of some catastrophic unforeseen injuries, this Texas team is about as complete as

you can get. The offense may have lost B. John Robinson, but they returned basically everyone else,
