Well, staying in the basement well deserved is the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

No reason to move them off after they were idle in week three.

So they're a joke right now. Mike Gundy, I think, is on the ropes and we'll see how it plays out the rest of the season if Mike Gundy even gets that far.

At number 15, the Kansas State Wildcats, right where they were last week.

No reason to move them off of that spot.

And remember, how I do these power rankings is what you've actually done so far this year.

And Kansas State is a comeback against North Dakota from being 0 and 4.

That's how bad it's been for Kansas State.
