But first, Senator, let's talk about the economy right now.

The White House was trying to get people to believe that things are actually going really

well, but they've lost even NBC news on Meet the Press.

Here's what they said about the new poll numbers.

The American public is not feeling it.

Just 34% of Americans approve of Biden's handling of the economy in a recent AP poll that

was released at the end of June.

And only 20% of voters believe the nation is on the right track.

Though voters have not felt good about the direction of the country for over a decade.

And Biden is trying to persuade voters that the economy is better than they think it is.

Better than they think it is.

Another way to put those poll numbers center would be 64% of Americans disapprove of Biden's

handling of the economy.

They're obviously trying to flip it and play the numbers game.

This is terrible news and yet the White House seems to not even care.

Well, the White House is playing politics and sadly they're doing a bad job of it.
