Biden here says he's not going to send troops to Ukraine

we're showing a strength and we'll never fall to but look the idea the idea that we're going to send in offensive equipment and have planes and tanks and trains going in with American pilots and American crews just understand don't kid yourself no matter what you all say

a no fly zone well when you say no fly zone now it's 59% support 41% oppose okay so it's more like 60% but when you put the poll to them as no fly zone over Ukraine

if it's viewed as an act of war 62% oppose it so it turns out if people understand that a no fly zone would be viewed by Russia as an act of war

which Russia has already said and clearly would view it as an act of war then people don't really support it the same way

so I'm glad that it seems to be moving in the right direction we want to stay out of this thing

we want to stay away from this fight and let the Ukrainians do the fighting themselves we are providing them the tools this is not our battle

I think that's a straightforward I think that's a very defensible principle here and people who are saying that we should just do whatever it takes to stop Russia

I don't think they've really thought through what does it look like if Russia decides to start shooting at NATO bases
