According to a United States General, the United States is facing an "imminent and" "very real threat streams" in Afghanistan; attacks vis rocket, vehicle and suicide. Biden says he bears responsibility for what has happened, but pins blame on former President Donald Trump for giving him no choice. 0:39.7	Those are the words of President Biden delivering a blunt message, a threat, just moments ago, after the two bombings at the Kabul airport that left 13 American service members dead. And that number just a moment ago, literally as I'm coming on to air, went from 12 to 13.
0:56.9	For those who carried out this attack, as well as anyone who wishes America harm, know this,
1:04.9	we will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay.
1:18.5	ISIS K is an ISIS affiliate, and that is the group that has claimed responsibility for the
1:22.9	attacks. And the president is vowing to hunt them down and retaliate.
1:28.6	I've also ordered my commanders to develop operational plans to strike ISIS K assets, leadership, and facilities.
1:35.7	We will respond with force and precision at our time, at the place we choose in the moment of our choosing.
1:43.4	That was retaliation promise. For the deadliest day for the U.S. military in Afghanistan in a decade.
