Joe Biden gets away with it. He will not be charged with

mishandling classified materials. Why? Because he's old and too sympathetic of a

witness. I'm not really sure what kind of prosecutor makes that kind of

determination. I guess you have to take into consideration everything, but I'll tell

you. I think a lot of the analysis that I've seen and right now it's

1123 so it's gonna be fairly brief here because it's gotta be up by midnight

but a lot of the analysis I've seen they focus on
