1:23.9	And I think the reality is from his own Homeland Security Secretary today saying that they're seeing
1:27.7	a surge that they haven't seen in nearly two decades. It's a significant problem. And I think there
1:32.1	are, it's also a confluence of factors right now. It's not any one thing from the policy side of
