So we gather that the Corona virus relief stimulus package will be finalized today on the hill

and go to Joe Biden for signature and that tomorrow night Thursday night he will be delivering

a prime time address both commemorating the year and the year that we have lost to COVID and

taking a victory lap on the passage of this colossal piece of legislation. Polling has come out

today from CNN suggesting wide popular support for this bill between those who say they are totally

supported above it or somewhat supported above it. It is 75 to 19. Although interestingly enough,

Biden's own approval rating is only at 51% though that's better than Trump ever was at.

He and the various provisions in the bill as they used to say in Republican polling are 70%

issues. They actually did manage to harness things that when you ask people if they want them,

they want them. Like here do you want to check from the government? Sure. Do you want,

you know, should they spend more money to help schools reopen? Yes. Should they do this? Yes.

Everything seems to be totally fine with the electorate and so I think we have here whether

you hate it or don't hate it or think, oh, they've made a terrible mistake or they haven't

made a terrible mistake. Whatever however you want to slice it, they have a gigantic win here.

I'm just putting that out. This is a gigantic win. A politically popular legislation

passed entirely on the, it's now entirely a democratic thing because only Democrats have voted

for it in both both bodies and Biden is signing it and the polling is good and we are on the verge
