0:38.1	Now the question is, is Joe Biden the president or is he some puppet?
0:43.3	And if he is, in fact, a puppet president, who exactly is pulling the strings?
0:49.8	That question for now will go unanswered and we'll just assume that the president that
0:55.4	was elected is the president who is presiding and that is Joseph Biden, who was inaugurated

1:06.4	And to celebrate, I suppose, the new president, all four of the U.S. stock market averages
1:15.6	closed at new all time record highs.
1:19.8	That is the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500, the NAS that composite and the

1:29.8	Now first of all, I think what that shows you is that all of Donald Trump's talk about
1:36.9	his being the reason that the stock market rally, right?
1:41.7	His big accomplishment was the rise in the stock market.
1:46.2	If the stock market gains were really attributable to Donald Trump's policies and Joe Biden is already
1:55.2	unwinding those policies and reversely as many as he can by executive order, why are all
2:02.4	the stock markets making record highs?
