Californians are being told and in some cases in the West they're being forced not to be allowed

to turn up their thermo or turn down their thermostats.

California telling electric vehicle owners not to charge up.

Now remember, California is going all electric plug-in vehicle mandatory sales by 2033.

Like in just over 10 years, they want the entire state of California driving a plug-in car.

Remember that.

As I tell you, for the fifth straight day, a flex alert will be in effect seeking voluntary power conservation

to reduce strain on the state's electrical grid at a time when near triple-digit temperatures

continue to drive up air conditioner use during the alerts residents urged to take power-saving steps,

such as setting thermostats to 78 degrees or higher, avoiding use of major appliances turning off unnecessary lights,

unnecessary lights, avoid charging electric vehicles.
