This week, after months of speculation, President Biden signs an executive order on

cryptocurrency regulation. And it was not the harsh crackdown that some crypto fans had feared.

Now, the order itself didn't outline what any of the new regulations would be.

Instead, it asked several government agencies to examine how crypto can better fit in the US economy.

And in the coming months, to recommend specific regulations.

And even though the words government and regulation are being used here,

it's worth pointing out that the famously anti-regulation crypto community

actually appears to be embracing Biden's order.
