update. President Biden is reportedly seeking a massive overhaul of the Supreme Court.

Here with the details is Daily Wire senior editor Ash Short.

Biden is looking to reform the Supreme Court with an array of changes. That reportedly includes both

term limits for justices and an enforceable ethics code. Right now justices

serve for life and the ethics code is more of a guideline than a law.

While Biden's plan is still being finalized, it'll ultimately be difficult to enact

considering it would need congressional approval or to be added as a constitutional

amendment.

Biden had initially avoided the topic of Supreme Court reform,

but this signals an attempt to win over his left flank ahead of the election,

who have been openly critical of the

court's actions throughout Biden's presidency.

In another attempt to unify Democrat support,

President Biden's formal nomination to become the Democrat's

presidential candidate has been delayed.

Democrat Party leaders were initially pushing to nominate Biden by the end of July, but faced

pushback from House Democrats earlier this week over the rushed process.
