All right, you guys, let's just jump right in. So I am sincerely sorry for the fact that there was

no podcast episode last week. You can probably hear it in

my voice. I am getting over being sick. And the funny thing is it's not as though I had just like a

damaged voice or like kind of lost my voice. Last week, I straight up could not make a noise.

Like I would open my mouth and it'd be like so talking for an hour running this mouth

was just not an option but that's also so frustrating because I talk for a living so I was going

through it last week but I couldn't talk to you guys trust me when I say I have a lot to fucking say

this week um despite the fact that you can still hear it in my voice so I'm sick. Listen,
