We like to get right into it and what we're going to get into today is something you might

not have seen, but it's kind of an odd event called it Joe Biden's Marriage Messaging

Party on the South Lawn of the White House this week.

You know, I'm going to start out with a little bit of sound and you might not know what

it is.

You hear the president ride at the beginning saying, okay, let's let's go.

He's sitting at a desk toward the end of this ceremony that he's held to sign into law,

the Respect for Marriage Act, which was passed by a bipartisan majority in house and Senate.

And a lot of people there on the South Lawn and it's been kind of a celebration, which I'm going to to explain a little

later, but anyway, so he's there prepared to sign it.

He signs it and then boom, the music starts.

So we'll just listen to a little bit of this and get into to what it means right after.

This is what was going on.

This is why it was kind of a strange event because the president is there.

They sign it, Nancy Pelosi is there, Charles Schumer is there.

The vice president is there, many members of Congress are there, members of the cabinet
