I'm so excited for brand new episodes. We took a little bit of a break and now we are back to my podcast. I hope you are all doing well. It's

been a little bit over a month since my last episode and let me say I missed

this show and this podcast so much. If you haven't caught up on my other episodes I've been in the

process of moving so between finding a place packing moving and then

unpacking along with juggling other social media platforms YouTube and

Instagram everything else it's a lot and I mentioned that I would be getting back to the show as

soon as I was in and settled and I am just so excited. I have so much to say and so much

has happened in the last month.
