Hi John and executive editor a Greenwald high-aid so two big stories in the

last four or five days relating to the United States Israel and Iran have

broken one over the weekend about how three or four months ago the number two

figure in al-Qaeda was assassinated apparently by Israeli agents on a street in

Tehran in his car thus giving the lie to the idea that Iran and al-Qaeda are

not in alliance together the argument being that since Iran is Shia and al-Qaeda

is sunny that they don't have anything in common and then the second story

which came out last night says that we now have intelligence that Iran is

enriching uranium at an incredibly rapid clip and that at a meeting to

discuss this the president of the United States inquired about a military

option to deal with this matter which would presumably involve striking

Natons the Iranian nuclear facility where the enrichment would be taking place

this story whatever's left of it whatever's left of it well you know the whole

point about yeah because it was bunker busted already anyway this story seems

to be framed or have been framed in a way to make it look like Trump is just a

you know psychopathic lunatic that wants to blow up Iran rather than a story

about how Iran is enriching uranium at an incredibly rapid clip just at a

time that Israel and the and sunny countries in the Gulf are actually
