They decided not to take the case from Pennsylvania on an emergency basis.

Now, the case is not dead in the Supreme Court.

This matter is still on the Supreme Court docket. They just didn't want to hear it on an emergency

basis, so it could still happen in the next couple of days. Now, the Texas case is interesting.

The Texas Attorney General, he is suing the other states over this. And when one state sues another,

that automatically goes to the Supreme Court. So you'll have that moving to the Supreme Court. So

something could happen. I agree. The clock is ticking. Time is running out. And you've got to
