do analysts expect once that is lifted is going to happen at the border? Sure. So Title 42 is

a policy that was invoked by the Trump administration in March 2020 during the very beginning of the

pandemic. And so it uses a public health authority. It's actually the CDC's authority to say that

any migrant during a time of a public health emergency can be turned away at the border

without the opportunity to claim asylum. And that's very important because generally the

immigration nationality act would guarantee the right of any foreign migrant to present
