What are these things flying up in outer space?

Everybody now seems to be asking that question and not just in the US,

but actually all over the world now is other countries like well what may be flying over our country and why are we having so many close encounters with so many balloons?

This is another one bites the dust.

What does that mean?

A third balloon in three days has been shot down.

Now we also have been told that this is baffling the pilots who shoot down the objects

say that they actually interfere, these objects interfered with their sensors.
