1:11.6	president's son Hunter Biden and his legal team completely off guard, blowing up his deal with a Trump
1:16.9	appointed prosecutor. Hunter Biden walked into court this morning thinking it was fade of complete. This was easy.
1:22.7	This was just a sort of an open and shut. It's done. He'd be walking out with a plea deal.
1:26.6	The deal, he would be
1:27.9	spared jail time for illegal possession of a gun in exchange for pleading guilty to two misdemeanor
1:32.9	tax charges. But that is not what happened. In a move that clearly stunned both the Biden team
1:37.9	and prosecutors, the judge called the deal into question, even saying, well, is it even
1:42.8	constitutional? Now, CNN was inside the courtroom during
1:45.8	the hearing. Biden was seen looking down as a prosecutor was detailing his personal struggles,
1:51.5	his earnings, his tax troubles, but then things went south. And the deal started to collapse.
