and trying to orchestrate maybe a slowdown at least,

whether it's a recession or not.

Those aren't the greatest ways to lower the price of oil.

Plus, we've been tapping the SPR,

which a lot of people criticize,

especially if we're down below $80,

we're not the day, we're back up.

But definitely time to end that.
