Summary

Anderson Cooper fills in for Wolf Blitzer.  Biden picks Sen. Kamala Harris as his running mate. Biden and Harris are to appear for the first time as running mates tomorrow, in Wilmington, Delaware. Biden picked Harris, a historic choice, out of 11 women total to be his running mate for the 2020 presidential campaign. If elected, Harris would be the first women to be Vice President of the United States.
