The president of the United States of America is paying off on that campaign promise to

discriminate against all Americans. And last, you are a black woman because he promised on the

campaign trail that if he got a chance to nominate somebody to Supreme Court, it would be a black

woman only. Even when he was with Justice Breyer at the White House announcing Justice Breyer's

retirement, he made it very clear he was excited to fulfill that quota promise. I've made no decision

except one. Except one. Only one thing. Only one decision he had made that day to discriminate

against 90% of America. The person I will nominate will be someone with extraordinary qualifications,

character, experience, and integrity. And that person will be the first black woman ever nominated

to the United States Supreme Court. All right, so there it is. It is a black woman. That's how we got

to where we are today because when he was on the campaign trail and he was worried he was going to

lose and he didn't have a lot of enthusiasm among African American voters, the polls showed. He

needed to do something to get them to like him. And what was that? It was all right. We will tell you

that we're going to discriminate against everybody else and we will tell you that we are only going

to give a chance at the White House for a Supreme Court nominee that fits a quota, not necessarily the

best person for the job. Say it again, not necessarily the best person for the job. Now a quick
