President Biden opens a NATO summit in Washington amid questions about the

Alliance's future and his own fitness as commander-in-chief. Plus Europe

readies the launch of a rocket that it hopes can reduce its dependence

on SpaceX.

Europe hasn't had any of its own rockets available to bring satellites into space. They've been relying almost exclusively

on SpaceX. This is considered in some parts of Europe as a matter of national and European security. And more signs that non-alcoholic beer is becoming big business in the US.
