continued on Wednesday as Republicans try to establish some fleeting connection between Hunter

Biden's foreign business dealings

and his dad, back when Joe was Barack Obama's vice president.

The entire premise of the impeachment sham is to offer a counter-narrative to Donald Trump's

four criminal trial scheduled to begin sometime this year.

Republicans are hell-bent on perpetuating the lie that a drug-addled Hunter Biden

corralled then-Vice President Joe Biden into firing a Ukrainian prosecutor whose investigation supposedly

was getting too close to uncovering the corruption of Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company

whose board of directors Hunter Biden sat on. Biden did in fact, as vice president, get that prosecutor

fired, but it wasn't to protect Burisma. He was told to tell Ukraine to fire the prosecutor. He was

told by Barack Obama, the entire EU, and Western bankers who said they wouldn't guarantee a $1 billion loan until that prosecutor was gone because he wasn't going after corrupt Ukrainian oligarchs.

It had nothing to do with Burisma. Yes, Joe Biden bragged that he went to Ukraine and told them to fire the prosecutor. Otherwise, you're not getting the $1 billion

loan guarantee. Yes, he's on tape bragging because Barack Obama told him to say that.
