0:27.8	about the rising violent crime situation in America. President, about an hour late that
0:34.8	shows no discipline. It shows a bit of chaos because the Biden administration cannot solve
0:44.4	the violence problem in the United States. What they're trying to do is make the voters think
0:53.2	that Joe Biden understands the problem and will do something about it. And both of those
1:01.6	points are fallacious. He doesn't understand the problem, never really has, and he's not going
1:09.0	to do anything about it. Why? Because no president could. Violence crimes are local issue.
1:14.7	All right, in your place where you live, it's up to the people that you elect to control criminal
1:25.1	behavior. You can't do it from DC if you live in Idaho or Arizona or Long Island where I am. You
1:34.1	can't. Now, I had an interesting conversation with President Trump about this. He was outraged
1:40.8	about the murder rate in Chicago. And I said to him, well, why don't you do something about it?
1:47.4	And he said, well, I'm going to send just as department people in you as attorneys in.
1:53.2	I said, you know, that's not going to solve the problem. He didn't say anything. He didn't reply to
1:58.1	that. And I said, you really can't solve the problem because the governor and the mayor of Chicago
2:06.1	at the time, Rahm, a manual, now Lori Lightfoot, they don't want to solve the problem.
2:12.0	They don't like the police. All right, they think the police are racist. And as long as those in
2:18.9	charge think law enforcement is racist, and law enforcement certainly knows that, you're going to
2:27.0	have a deteriorating crime problem. That's the crux of this matter. Progressive America and
2:36.0	Joe Biden is part of that cabal. Believe that law enforcement is racist and always has been.
2:44.8	Therefore, they want to destroy traditional law enforcement and build up or reimagine
2:54.1	another way to protect the citizenry. That's the problem. So Joe Biden gets up there today.
