Georgia Congressman David Scott is here to help us break down what the president said.
And a coalition of twenty-five faith leaders from across the nation has been on a hunger strike since the first anniversary of the insurrection to urge Congress to protect democracy by passing voting rights legislation by Martin L. King, Jr. Day. Three of them are here with us tonight.
We now know the name of the white off-duty police officer who gunned down a black man who he claims jumped on his truck. We'll have the latest from North Carolina.
She was suspended from the organization she founded. Tonight, I'm talking to Kimberly Bryant from the Oakland-based tech nonprofit, Black Girls Code about the suspension and the investigation.
