I thought it was interesting that she used the phrase Biden-Harris administration rather

than just the Biden administration, but here she is voicing the script, letting us all

know where the money goes.

To support Ukraine today, the Biden-Harris administration is announcing two critical new

packages of security assistance that include significant new air defense capabilities, more

ammunition for a U.S. provided high-mars and anti-armor and motor systems, as well as

rockets, artillery and tank ammunition that Ukraine is using to defend itself.

It is the 35th time the administration has authorized the use of presidential draw-down

authorities to send much needed assistance to Ukraine to meet its immediate battlefield

needs.

And we are also providing equipment throughout Ukraine's security assistance initiative

to help Ukraine with its longer-term security assistance requirements.
