debt transfer thing so the bill has now been officially the the proposal the it's not a

bill because if a word bill wouldn't pass it's a bill it's a proposal an executive action

that is almost certainly unconstitutional and is now being challenged by the Pacific legal

foundation which claims it has standing because every person in America has standing to object

to and on constitutional executive order that does harm but they're plaintiff also has

student loans which he says will yeah right that's the standing is his taxes are going

right okay sorry thank you very much so anyway so there's now going to be a lawsuit
