I think that about sums up where we stand on the political spectrum and how we're going to talk

about all of these issues. Packed episode today, though. This is the first one, so we're going to go over

some things that the Biden administration has done so far. The good, the mostly bad, and all bad

all the stuff that's not actually changing anything. We're kind of mid. We'll talk about some recent

news too, like Eric Adams, winning the Democratic

primary for New York City mayor. Donald Trump may be teasing us about running again in 2024.

It's just edging me. Edging us. She's going to run in 2024 and all kinds of other stuff. So

That'd be a good time, I think. Some little for us to read. All right, let's get into the show. Let's get into some news coverage. So the Biden administration, he's been in office a couple months now.

He's at around 51% approval rating according to 538.

That's not abnormal for a president at this time, especially Biden coming off of Donald Trump who was historically unpopular.

But it's like I would feel like it would be higher. Considering he was historically unpopular, you would think his approval rating would be higher.

Wasn't it in the first few months? It was pretty high. I think it was, it was near 60. But I'm wondering if his drop in approval rating as a result of like also people on the left getting upset with him for not doing anything. Yeah. And everyone on the left being a fucking idiot. Yeah. Everyone that's not us being a fucking idiot that's on the left. Anyone that's not where we are or to the left of us being a fucking idiot. Yeah, exactly. Anyways, his approval ratings are on 51%. And I figured we could take a look since it's the first episode, take a look at how Biden is doing so far, how his administration is doing, and how the current Congress is doing. Some of our favorite people like Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema in Congress.

So the first issue and probably arguably the biggest one is COVID-19.

So NPR reports that 67% of adults have been, have received at least one shot of their COVID-19 vaccine,

which falls short of the 70% goal that Biden set by July

4th. Which is also at 70% of the entire population, not just 70% of adults. So we haven't even
