Hello, did you have a glorious weekend?

Do you have a nice Father's Day?

I had a wonderful Father's day. I had a chance to, uh, I grilled some dead cow yesterday.

And the reason I was able to do that is because I had a three bone prime rib roast in the freezer that I bought for half price of that big yellow

sticker on it at Walmart about five six months ago.

So I thought that out yesterday.

I know you're all your steak aficionados and by the way I'm a gormand myself made a

wonderful steak yesterday wonderful steak elliches or sat on the side had some

roasted cauliflower and all that and and just kind of chilled and hung out with a fam.

I hope you had a good week.

Oh, and I also had a chance to watch some documentary goodness.

I've been watching a lot of documentaries over my vacation.
