student loan payments for borrowers who make less than $125,000 a year and married couples

who earn less than $250,000.

Some Americans could see $20,000 in relief, and this move could completely wipe out student

debt for one third of borrowers.

President Biden is also extending the loan repayment frees through the rest of the year.
