and this incredibly important night in American history. The

President of the United States, Joe Biden, just delivered a speech at

Independence Hall, really calling us, calling on us to defend our democracy, to stand up and fight for

our democracy because it is under assault from Maga Republicans.

I just spent a few minutes talking to Dean Obadala on

his show and he's going to join us for the first part of our show to help further

unpack it. Dean, welcome to tell me everything.

Thanks for having me. I actually missed a speech. I was watching the Mass Singer so you have to tell me how it went.

Well, I was a little busy with doing that there.

I can't believe that none of the networks,

I'm a little disappointed none of the networks covered it.

I can understand why it was political in nature,

but I thought at least a couple.

I mean, he's talking about democracy

damn it it goes to sort of what we were talking about before that the media just

doesn't grasp the magnitude of Dean I've been just you know scrolling through Twitter to see what

reactions are you know what CNN reporters are worried about CNN's Jeff
