0:29.9	Gaza. Now the president did reaffirm U.S. support for Israel, but he told these donors
0:36.0	about a conversation he said he had with Netanyahu. He said the Israeli leader brought
0:41.2	up past U.S. behavior. You carpet bombed Germany, you dropped the atom bomb,
0:46.5	a lot of civilians died. Biden said he told Nett nahoo in response, yeah, that's why all these institutions were set up after World War II to see to it
0:55.6	that it didn't happen again. Don't make the same mistakes we made in 9-11.
1:00.4	There's no reason why we had to be in a war in Afghanistan.
1:05.0	So that's a conversation between President Biden and Benjamin Netanyahu that President

1:27.9	we are heading into the 2024 election year as we all know and you know foreign policy we talk about it a lot
1:36.0	open question as to how much voters actually think about it when they go to the polls
1:40.6	but I just think that the president's foreign policy does
1:44.3	seem front and center as we think about Israel and Gaza and how much it's on the
1:48.7	minds of people as we think about the war in Ukraine and all the congressional battles over whether to continue sending
