Bottom of the hour, I want to talk to Jonathan Turley. We've got to find out what's happening with this

Donald Trump. There's a report in the hill and I guess elsewhere that Trump

organization has until today this afternoon to let the state know why they should not go

after him criminally and civilly. The Trump organization and the CFO

who is tight with the president. They're still not breaking and I this

this is an example of a total witch hunt. This is an example of a total joke.

So I want to see what's happening with Jonathan Turley get his expertise on that as

well as the lawsuit in Georgia. I agree with him that this whole thing

suing the Georgian officials for their election rules will boomerang.

So let's get to the big three now with the stories you need to know.

Any amount of harm is unacceptable in too much,

but I also want to make sure that this hysteria you know that this doesn't

drive a hysteria and that we look at these numbers in context

and we can make responsible decisions. Exactly.

We don't want to be hysterical about a five hundred percent increase in

crime in Portland. Forty percent across the country.
