At the same time, Trump continues to sow doubt on Georgia recount as he refuses to concede, while lawsuits have been withdrawn that tried to block Biden's wins in four states. Trump falsely claims twice in a 24 hour span that "I won the election." Trump also touts stock market gains as coronavirus cases surge.
