he's half asleep and I'm not sure whose fault this is, maybe his wife, maybe his family, maybe his press secretary,

maybe his chief of staff, I don't know. But this guy should not be out in public anymore,

shouldn't be speaking anymore. Every time he does it, we see exactly the same thing.

He's supposed to be the leader of the free world, he's not.

I don't think he's the leader of his own mind.
