3:05pm- According to a report from Coral Davenport of The New York Times, on Friday afternoon the Biden Administration announced new fuel consumption rules that are designed to encourage the production of electric vehicles. Davenport writes: “The new mileage standards announced by the Transportation Department are among several regulations the administration is using to prod carmakers to produce more electric vehicles.
