It is Friday and I am so tired of thinking and so tired of being substantive.

Fortunately, we don't have to do that anymore.

We're going to do an installment of Friday release valve,

where we talk about the underserved headlines of the week and probably the funnier headlines of the week.

And I am rejoined this week by two guests that I very much enjoyed talking to you previously.

I've got Mike Kaplan who came on alienating the audience, the sci-fi corollary to this.

Mike, welcome to the political orphanage and thanks for coming on and being funny.

I am happy to be here.

I can only confirm that I've been funny in the past and no one knows

the future. That spot on and I should note you had an album come out recently and and it is it is available for consumption of people that like

funny things. Oh yeah this the album is called aka and I recorded it a year ago

when live audiences existed.

Right, I remember that.

I'm very grateful to have done that.

And that it was the sum total of,

I've been doing comedy for about 18 years.

And so this is the culmination of all my recorded content that is

available it is the content that I am most content with I think it is I'm

happy with it I'm proud of it and as much as I can

confirm that I have been funny this is the best example of it that I can offer
