Well, hey, guys, welcome back to the dad's hired podcast. Glad that you're here again. Before we jump into this interview with Eric, we're going to be talking about.

He wrote a book called Worthy celebrating the value of women. Eric has such a good way. This is the second time he's been on the podcast.

But he has such a good way of saying hard things in such a gracious way. He often will say things that internally I'm like, I squirm and I'm like, oh man, this is a hot topic or this is a really highly debated topic.

And yet he always comes back to these really hard topics, which I'm so grateful that even is willing to have these conversations.

But he always comes back to it with just like gospel truth and like biblically based. And anyway, he does such a good job at saying like hard things with grace and truth.

And so my encouragement, the reason I'm telling you all this is because as you go through the interview, you might feel that and you might feel like I have already got opinions on this.

I would just say dude, listen to the whole podcast. I actually thought some of the strongest like hardest hitting points that Eric made were toward the end of the podcast interview.

And so just listen to the whole thing because I think you're going to be challenged throughout it. It's also another good podcast to listen to or an episode to listen to with your wife.
