Today, I'm continuing to go through this great book

that is all about biblical revival.

It's all about what we need in our country.

And understanding that revival is not just a sweaty preacher

at a Sunday afternoon tent meeting,

pointing a bony finger, waving a Bible, talking about heaven and hell so that the church

expands with new membership.

Genuine revival is when God pours out his spirit from heaven into the hearts of men and that men with new hearts

transform their entire nation starting with the politics of their own heart and then moving

to the government of their families, walking in the same principles of

love and liberty that Jesus demonstrated toward his bride, the family of faith, laying down

his life for her, transforming all aspects of our world and bringing heaven to earth.

That's the picture that we see in the book of Revelation.

Not people trying to escape the world and get to heaven,

but God's sending heaven to earth, and he did that with Jesus.

There's the embodiment of heaven coming to earth.

He did that when he gave us his law.

He did that on Pentecost when he gives us his spirit.

Heaven coming to earth.

And we are now to export his heavenly principles here on the earth
